Le programme, cet accord, a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait par GENOB\u00c9TICA SL. (\u00c0 partir de ce moment, Activandalucia), avec CIF B-92652023 NACIONAL 340, KM 194,7 MARBELLA (M\u00e1laga) qui, comme pr\u00e9vu par la loi 21\/95 du voyage combin\u00e9 fait expresse dans ce contrat de toutes les informations ex\u00e9cutoires l\u00e9galement exigibles.<\/p>\n

Ce contrat doit \u00eatre obligatoirement execut\u00e9 par les deux parties dans les conditions prescrites dans ce dernier.<\/p>\n

Le fait d\u00b4aqu\u00e9rir ou de participer au voyage objet du contrat, origine l’acceptation expresse par le consommateur de toutes les clauses en question, ainsi que les conditions particuli\u00e8res qui sont inclues au moment de la souscription du contrat et qui sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es automatiquement incorpor\u00e9es \u00e0 ce dernier.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Au moment de signer la prestation d’un de nos programmes nous exigeons au client un acompte de 25 % du montant total. Le re\u00e7u de paiement stipule, outre l\u00b4acompte vers\u00e9, le total a payer, ainsi que la somme restante a payer. Aucune r\u00e9servation n\u00b4est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e ferme, avant que l’avance soit vers\u00e9e. Au cas o\u00f9 cette confirmation ne se produit pas en raison de manque de disponibilit\u00e9, le client a droit au remboursement int\u00e9gral de l\u00b4acompte vers\u00e9, et ne peut pas r\u00e9clamer une quantit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la d\u00e9pos\u00e9e sous n’importe quel concept. Une fois la r\u00e9servation confirm\u00e9e, elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme ferme et le paiement du montant restant a payer doit s\u00b4effectuer au moins 15 jours ouvrables avant la date de commencement du programme.<\/p>\n

Avec\u00a0 le pr\u00e9sent contrat,\u00a0 le client recevra le montant correspondant au programme contrat\u00e9 dans un premier temps, montant qui pourra \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 en commun par le client et Activandalucia selon des conditions particuli\u00e8res si bien\u00a0 les caract\u00e9ristiques, les besoins et les demandes du client tout comme les possibilit\u00e9s r\u00e9elles d\u00b4Activandalucia.<\/p>\n

A partir de la date de la remise du pr\u00e9sent contrat, le consommateur aura une p\u00e9riode de 15 jours, si apr\u00e8s ce laps de temps l’acompte pour une r\u00e9servation ferme n\u00b4a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9, Activandalucia entendra la r\u00e9servation comme annul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, il existe un crit\u00e8re d’interpr\u00e9tation textuelle,\u00a0 qui conduit \u00e0 la conclusion qu’un concept ou un service qui n’est pas sp\u00e9cifiquement d\u00e9taill\u00e9 n’est pas inclus dans le prix.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les horaires d’entr\u00e9e et de sortie des installations, seront en fonctions des activit\u00e9s choisies par le client. Les horaires d’entr\u00e9e et de sortie de l’h\u00e9bergement, suivra \u00e0 l\u00b4exception indiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l’avance et par \u00e9crit, la r\u00eagle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale suivante :<\/p>\n

Les bungalows seront accessibles\u00a0 le jour d’entr\u00e9e en vigueur du programme \u00e0 partir des 16 heures.<\/p>\n
