Next to the complex, you can enjoy the landscape of “La Sierrecilla” one of the few places in Europe where you can still see eagles, vultures and falcons. Populated by a dense vegetation of Aleppo pine, with scrubs rich in aromatic and medicinal species.

All routes that run through this place can be done either on foot or by bike, since it does notinvolve any difficulty for visitors.

Dog Track

Humilladero dog track that is the best track in the country and the first one of fixed character in which night tests can be held. These statements belong to the current President of the Spanish Galgos Racing Federation.

In Humilladero, the traveler interested in typical handicrafts will discover that traditional and artistic forging works are the most important. There are also craft works made with natural fibers such as esparto and wicker.

Recently, modern facilities of PADEL INDOOR have been inaugurated 500 meters from the campsite, so you can practice this sport at any time of the year.

At the camping La Sierrecilla we love motorcycles, being the ideal place for countless motorcycle tours, from the most sportive like Ronda or el Burgo, which are easily enjoyed to quietest ones as El Chorro. For going for a swim at the beach or lagoon, or take the leather suit and kneepads. There are all kinds of routes.

Museum of Nativity Scene Art

The International Museum of Nativity Scene Art, located in Mollina, some 15 minutes from Sierrecilla Campsite, eshibits the most extraordinary nativity scenes of the world.

Combining art and tradition, in the main exhibition areas there are some 70 nativity scenes and more than 2000 exclusive and decorative figures on display.

Additionally, separately, there is the salon of dioramas – three-dimensional full size or miniature models enclosed in glass showcases – featuring an array of arts and customs from abroad.

For groups between 12 and 20 people, it is recommended that they purchase tickets in advance to avoid waiting on arrival.
